- History – Determining if events from your past have created the body to feel it needs protection.
- Physiology – Determining if the weight set point in your body is reading your body’s messages incorrectly
- Stress Factors – When under stress the body creates cortisol and many other chemicals that can affect the weight. Reducing stress or healing stress damage can work amazing wonders with your weight
- Personal Space – If the energy of your space is not comfortable, neither will the energy within you be.
- Nutrition – Many times the body requires more food if the food you are eating lacks the nutrion the body is craving. Many nutritional options are offered for you to research and determine for yourself if they are right for you.
- Starvation Response – Often times the body is responding to an emptiness of some kind and may interpret that as “starvation” by addressing all forms of what may be interpreted as starvation, such as nutrition, love, money or spirtual connection, the body may naturally begin to lose weight.
